Eligibility:

  • This policy applies to purchases made on our website www.dekulture.com or official stores at full price (non-discounted/non-sale) within 30 days of delivery.
  • Jewelry is excluded from returns and exchanges.

Product Inspection:

  • We proudly offer handcrafted items made by skilled artisans. These products may have slight variations in weave, print, or stitching, which are inherent to handmade goods and not considered defects.

Returns:

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase if there is a:
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Significant discrepancy from the item's description
  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are considered for eligible items only if there is a:
    • Manufacturing defect (as determined by our quality check process)
    • Item received differs from its description
  • To initiate an exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged/Missing Items:
